My Atlantic Ocean fills me with such energy, such positivity, such passion, such creativity....its ever-present raw beauty, power and magic, feed my soul.

But, the ocean is also the place I go to heal, when I'm sad, confused, or hurt.....it soothes my soul, and brings peace and serenity to my life once more.

I love my Atlantic 💕

I tell the stories of my soul to the sea,

My delicate secrets whispered in the breeze

- the ones that still hurt, still scar

…..I weep

The saltwater tears fall into the ocean.

My pain, like footsteps in the sand,

washed away forever

My heart heals

I breathe…

That missing piece of me returns,

I’m whole again

I breathe…
