Today's pics are actually from yesterday, as I'm writing this blog super early and the sun won't rise for another few hours (yes....I still appear to be on British time and am wide awake!!) and I'm heading up the island to Kittyhawk this morning. Also, yesterday's sunrise was so spectacular, I just had to share a few pics of it 💕

So, here we are, it's Monday again, funny how those weekends just seem to disappear, and the older I get the faster they seem to go! This post is a brief one as I need to get on with the redesign of the inn website and with a few hours to go before I leave and the fact that I'm completely wide awake....what better time to work on the website. Mornings are always a much more creative time for me, so hopefully I'll finish the last of the writing, and, after testing all the pages, links etc. it will be ready to launch.
Is it wrong to take counsel from my sweetener packets in the morning?
When I stepped foot on the beach yesterday before the sun appeared, I was greeted with an incredible sight of colors and textures across the sky....it really did take my breath away, it was just so beautiful. With every step I took the, the pink, blue, and orange hues would subtly change....a truly magical lightshow. And hard though it may be for some to believe, I have not altered, filtered or enhanced any of the photos...no human "needs to improve" the beauty in these scenes, this truly is Hatteras......Why not see for yourself? 💕
