Good Morning and Welcome to Wednesday from my Atlantic Life in Hatteras 😊
(This post contains lots of pics so best read on actual blog page)
So, this morning is most definitely a pics day.....I decided to walk a little further along the beach than usual - and nature certainly put on a show for me.
The ocean was remarkably calm, with only small waves rolling across the sand to my feet. The sky was a myriad of colors and textures, framing this magnificent scene. And....as I strolled along the water's edge, I began to notice something moving on the horizon.....when I stopped to look, I realized it was thousands of birds heading North!! I have no idea what kind of birds they were as they were too far out for me to identify, but it was absolutely amazing to watch.
Occasionally there would be my pelicans skimming the waves closer to shore....and then to make it an natural extravaganza - my dolphins arrived 💗
As you can imagine, I was rooted to the spot watching this incredible sight - I did get photos, although some are a little blurry, I thought they were still worth posting.
Here you go.....
Yes that's a dolphin.....😊

And before you go, I thought you might like to see the awesome colorful sunset we had at the back on the inn.....pretty amazing.
I feel so completely blessed to live in an environment to witness such natural beauty, and I feel it should most definitely be shared 💗
Until Next Time...
Take care, Stay Safe and....and please remember to love the world around you
Love and Hugs,
Pam

What a site to see! I have been in many places around the country and the world and I have never seen sunsets like there are in the OBX.
