Pam's Daily Wave...

Good Morning and Welcome to my Atlantic Life 😊

Firstly, I wanted to thank all those that joined me via the blog, on my latest adventure....it was an awesome trip, and I had so much fun reading your messages and comments whilst I was away. As I've mentioned before, it's is like having a wonderful network of great friends to share my musings, meanderings and adventures with.

Secondly, I've been a tad jetlagged over the past day or so, which means my "crazy little lady brain" has been even more confused than usual 🤪 But, this morning, my head was definitely feeling clearer, which was great, but (yeah, there it is the ever present "but")......reality hit hard, as I realized that we only have a few weeks until we open the inn again. Back in December when we closed for the season, it felt like we had so much time to get all of our projects done.....but with a Christmas road-trip to Nebraska, and then my 10 days in Scotland, time has just flown by. Now, at this point I could easily panic....

Instead, whilst it was still dark, I walked to be with my ocean...the place that always calms and soothes me, and as I sat and watched the miracle that is the sunrise over my beloved Atlantic, I breathed......

and...

With every breath of fresh salty air,

- I feel truly refreshed, without a care...

The sound of the mighty crashing waves,

- renews my spirit, my soul it saves...

This place of peace, this ocean deep,

- a precious treasure I'll always keep

Its beauty never fades or ends,

- My Atlantic......my beautiful, forever friend 💕

I thought you may like to share the beauty that was my ocean this morning - so here goes

First Glimpse...

Wonderous

Captivating

Divine

Just taking it all in...

Calmness

Magical

Perfect

Restorative

Exhilarating

Serenity

Beauty

Breathtaking

Delightful

3 drops of sunshine please...

Exquisite

The only time I have long legs....me and my shadow

On getting back, there were little birds all over the tree in front of the inn

Excitement......the gravel has arrived for our carpark renovation project!!!

And now that I'm all calm and collected (well as calm as my little lady brain gets 🤪), I'd best get onto that project list.

Take care, Stay Safe and....please remember to stop and take a breath and be calm 💕 (it really does help)

Love and Hugs,

Pam
